摘 要:以6106铝合金汽车吸能型材为研究对象,研究不同时效制度对6106铝合金型材的力学性能、电导率、压溃性能的影响。结果表明,合金强度随时效时间的延长呈先升高后降低的趋势;时效温度越高,合金达到峰值强度所需时间越短,峰值强度随时效温度的升高而降低,时效温度为175℃时,合金的强度最高;合金的电导率随着时效温度的升高和时效时间的延长而增加,且欠时效阶段电导率的增长速率要大于过时效阶段,增长速率的“分水岭”均对应峰值时效的时间;203℃×3.5 h和203℃×4.5 h时效制度下,6106铝合金型材的压溃吸能效果最佳,吸能大小与强度呈正比。Taking 6106 aluminum alloy automotive energy-absorption profiles as the research object,the effects of different aging systems on the mechanical properties,conductivity and crushing performance of 6106 aluminum alloy profiles were studied.The results showed that the strength of alloy increased first and then decreased with the prolongation of aging time.The higher the aging temperature,the shorter the time required for the alloy to reach the peak strength,and the peak strength decreased with the increase of aging temperature,so the alloy had the highest strength at 175℃.The electrical conductivity of the alloy increased with the increase of aging temperature and time,and the growth rate of the electrical conductivity in the underaging stage was greater than that in the over-aging stage,and the"watershed"of the growth rate corresponded to the peak aging time.Under the aging system of 203℃×3.5 h and 203℃×4.5 h,the extrusion energy-absorption effect was the best,and the magnitude of energy-absorption was proportional to the strength.
