摘 要:为了实现选矿厂设计和生产过程中的自动模拟计算,针对破碎筛分工艺设计时变量多、反馈慢、随机性大、不稳定性高等问题,利用METSIM软件对三段一闭路破碎筛分流程进行了仿真模拟研究。通过建立矿石破碎筛分模型,调节物料特性和设备参数,得到了对应的数量流程和粒度分布,模拟结果与实际生产情况高度契合,准确地体现了矿石的破碎筛分过程。利用该仿真模型,可快速对大量参数进行调整,并直观、迅速反馈收敛结果,能快捷指导设计或操作人员选择合理设备,及时调整设备参数,为矿石破碎筛分工艺的优化提供科学依据。In order to realize the automatic simulation calculation in the design and production process of the concentrator,aiming at the problems of many variables,slow feedback,large randomness and high in⁃stability in the design of crushing and screening process,METSIM software is used to simulate the threestage closed-circuit crushing and screening process.By establishing the ore crushing and screening model,adjusting the material characteristics and equipment parameters,the corresponding quantitative process and particle size distribution are obtained.The simulation results are highly consistent with the actual production situation,which accurately reflects the crushing and screening process of the ore.Using this simulation mod⁃el,a large number of parameters can be adjusted quickly,and the convergence results can be fed back intui⁃tively and quickly.It can quickly guide the design or operation personnel to choose reasonable equipment,adjust the equipment parameters in time,and provide scientific basis for the optimization of ore crushing and screening process.
