摘 要:为了确保采样数据的准确性和一致性,提高采制样的精度和可靠性,针对人工采制样时人员自身的随意性、操作的不规范造成精粉采样误差、数据编码错误等问题,采用由缩分器、智能分矿包装一体机等设备组成的铁精粉自动采制样精确控制系统,可实现全程无人化操作和远程监控,最大程度地减少人为因素的干扰,同时,网络化传输也能够方便数据管理和分析,为生产决策提供更及时的支持。To ensure the accuracy and consistency of sampling data and enhance the precision and re-liability of sampling and sample preparation,in light of issues such as the arbitrariness of personnel during manual sampling and sample preparation,the non-standard operation of manual sampling and sample prep-aration resulting in sampling errors of fine powder and data coding mistakes,an automatic sampling and sample preparation precise control system for iron concentrate powder,composed of equipment like a divid-er and an intelligent ore separation and packaging integrated machine is employed.This enables fully un-manned operation and remote monitoring throughout the process,minimizing the interference of human fac-tors to the greatest extent.Simultaneously,networked transmission can also facilitate data management and analysis,providing more timely support for production decisions.
