摘 要:煤矿立井井筒垂直度组合测量系统一般包括基准模块、定位定姿模块、距离与角度测量模块等,评估这种组合测量系统的精度是设备研制与应用过程中的关键问题。提出一种基于仿真数据统计分析的井筒垂直度组合测量系统精度评估方法;在此基础上,分析了一般工况条件下测量系统平面点位精度;最后,研究了测量系统关键参数对系统精度的影响规律。研究结果表明,测量系统精度可达到±3.6 mm;其精度主要受到测量基准定位和设备位姿标定的影响,测量基准线长度对系统精度影响较小。研究成果为煤矿立井垂直度测量方法优化、设备研制提供了理论与技术支撑。The verticality combined measurement system of coal mine shaft generally includes refer⁃ence module,positioning and attitude determination module,distance and angle measurement module,etc.Evaluating the accuracy of this combined measurement system is a key issue in the process of equipment de⁃velopment and application.An accuracy evaluation method of wellbore verticality combined measurement system based on statistical analysis of simulation data is proposed.On this basis,the plane point accuracy of the measurement system under general working conditions is analyzed.Finally,the influence of the key pa⁃rameters of the measurement system on the system accuracy is studied.The results show that the accuracy of the measurement system can reach±3.6 mm.Its accuracy is mainly affected by the positioning of the mea⁃surement reference and the calibration of the equipment pose,and the length of the measurement reference line has little effect on the system accuracy.The research results provide theoretical and technical support for the optimization of coal mine verticality measurement method and equipment development.
