摘 要:随着浅部矿产资源的枯竭,矿井逐渐向深部发展,面对深部富水破碎软岩巷道支护时,巷道底鼓变形尤为突出。为确保顺利通过富水破碎软岩区域,针对某矿-570 m水平巷道支护难题,分析围岩破坏力学特征,建立底鼓力学模型,综合分析富水破碎软岩巷道围岩破碎机理,提出了反底拱与砌碹联合支护技术。现场检测结果表明,采用反底拱与砌碹联合支护技术,有效降低了淋水量,减少了积水渗入底板,改善了底板围岩条件,有效降低了巷道底鼓量,最大底鼓量不大于50 mm,确保了该巷道围岩稳定与支护安全。With the depletion of shallow mineral resources,the mine gradually develops to the deep,and the floor heave deformation of the roadway is especially prominent in the face of deep water-rich broken soft rock roadway support.In order to ensure the smooth passage through the water-rich broken soft rock ar-ea,aiming at the support problem of-570 m horizontal roadway in a mine,the failure mechanical character-istics of surrounding rock were analyzed,the mechanical model of floor heave was established,and the breaking mechanism of surrounding rock in the water-rich broken soft rock roadway was comprehensively analyzed.The combined support technology inverted arch and masonry arch is put forward.The field test re-sults show that the combined support technology of inverted arch and masonry arch can effectively reduce the leaching water,reduce the water infiltration into the floor,improve the surrounding rock conditions of the floor,effectively reduce the floor heave of the roadway,and the maximum floor heave is less than 50 mm,ensuring the stability and safety of the surrounding rock and support of the mine roadway.
