摘 要:针对黑山铁矿巷道掘进及中深孔爆破中存在的巷道成巷效果差、大块产出率高及悬顶等问题,对井下爆破工艺优化与悬顶处理技术进行了研究,提出将原“三角形”掏槽方式改为“梅花形”掏槽,增加掏槽孔数目,改进爆破网络,采用通讯电缆替代脚线串联起爆的爆破工艺优化方法;在此基础上,提出了双凿岩中心切割井拉槽爆破,基于爆破参数优化的大块处理及无需补孔的井下悬顶爆破处理技术体系。通过现场实践,井下大块及悬顶得到了有效控制,巷道成巷效果良好,矿石回收率提高了2个百分点,整体创收效益达约623万元,可为类似条件矿山爆破工艺优化提供指导与借鉴。Aiming at the problems such as poor roadway formation effect,high block yield and hang-ing roof in roadway excavation and medium-length hole blasting in Heishan Iron Mine,the optimization of underground blasting process and hanging roof treatment technology are studied.It is proposed that the origi-nal"triangle"cut is changed to"plum"cut,the number of cut holes is increased,the blasting network is im-proved,and the blasting process is optimized by using communication cable instead of pin line.On this ba-sis,the technical system of double drilling center cut hole draw-groove blasting,block processing based on blasting parameter optimization and downhole hanging roof blasting without filling holes are put forward.Through the field practice,the underground block and overhanging roof have been effectively controlled,the roadway has a good effect,the ore recovery rate has increased by two percentage points,and the overall income income has reached about 6230,000 yuan,which can provide guidance and reference for the optimi-zation of mine blasting technology under similar conditions.
