摘 要:为了高效综合回收利用某地硫化铅锌矿资源,针对该矿石矿物组成以及有用矿物嵌布关系略复杂的特性,在磨矿细度-0.074 mm85%的条件下,采用优先选铅—选铅尾矿再选锌浮选工艺流程,最终得到了铅品位63.052%、铅回收率93.56%、锌品位8.347%、锌回收率5.30%的铅精矿和锌品位46.352%、锌回收率88.85%、铅品位0.794%、铅回收率3.56%的锌精矿,铅、锌均实现了较好的回收利用。In order to efficiently and comprehensively recover and utilize the lead-zinc sulfide resourc⁃es in a certain place,in view of the slightly complex characteristics of the mineral composition of the ore and the dissemination relationship of useful minerals,under the condition of grinding fineness of-0.074 mm 85%,the flotation process of preferential lead separation-lead tailings re-concentration zinc is adopted.Fi⁃nally,lead concentrate with lead grade of 63.052%,lead recovery of 93.56%,zinc grade of 8.347%,zinc re⁃covery of 5.30%and zinc concentrate with zinc grade of 46.352%,zinc recovery of 88.85%,lead grade of 0.794%,lead recovery of 3.56%are obtained.Both lead and zinc have achieved good recovery and utiliza⁃tion.
