摘 要:为了解铁矿粉不同SiO_(2)及FeO含量对球团矿预热及焙烧球抗压强度和冶金性能的影响,对比了铁矿粉SiO_(2)含量由3.3%提高到8.8%,以及FeO含量由7%提高到14.6%后,球团矿在1020~1160℃及1200~1280℃分别进行预热和焙烧时,其预热及焙烧球抗压强度以及成品球冶金性能的变化。试验结果表明:提高球团矿SiO_(2)含量,有利于预热球抗压强度的提高,但SiO_(2)含量超过6.8%后,预热球抗压强度反而有下降趋势;适当提高球团矿SiO_(2)含量,焙烧球抗压强度有提高的趋势,但SiO_(2)含量超过5.2%后,焙烧球抗压强度反而有下降的趋势;提高FeO含量,有利于预热球抗压强度的提高,但焙烧球抗压强度没有明显的变化;提高球团矿SiO_(2)含量,球团矿还原膨胀率可以改善,但还原度及软化性能有变差的趋势。In order to understand the effects of different SiO_(2) and FeO contents of iron ore powder on the compressive strength and metallurgical properties of pellet ore preheating and roasting balls,the effects of SiO_(2) content of iron ore powder increased from 3.3%to 8.8%and FeO content increased from 7%to 14.6%on the compressive strength and metallurgical properties of pellet ore preheating and roasting balls at 1020~1160℃and 1200~1280℃are compared.The test results show that increasing the SiO_(2) content of pellet ore is beneficial to the improvement of the compressive strength of the preheating ball,but when the SiO_(2) content exceeds 6.8%,the compressive strength of the preheating ball has a downward trend.The com⁃pressive strength of the roasted pellets tends to increase with the increase of SiO_(2) content.However,when the SiO_(2) content exceeds 5.2%,the compressive strength of the roasted pellets tends to decrease.Increasing the FeO content is beneficial to the improvement of the compressive strength of the preheating ball,but there is no obvious change in the compressive strength of the roasting ball.With the increase of SiO_(2) content in pellet ore,the reduction expansion rate of pellet ore can be improved,but the reduction degree and soft⁃ening performance have a tendency to deteriorate.
