摘 要:大冶铁矿尾矿产出量大,综合利用率低,大量堆积存在安全风险。通过对大冶新矿种尾砂性能进行研究,提出尾砂综合利用方向。结果表明:尾砂密度为3.20g/cm^(3),松散密度为1.25 g/cm^(3),密实密度为1.47 g/cm^(3),松散孔隙率为61%,密实孔隙率为54.1%,尾砂平均粒径为2.626μm,级配不佳;尾砂富含大量Fe和SiO_(2),有害元素S、P含量较少,均少于0.1%,尾砂无放射性污染,同时富含Ti、V、Cr、Ni等多种伴生元素,在种类上属低钙、镁、铝、硅酒钢型铁尾矿。尾砂充填时,采用阴离子1500万型絮凝剂,用量为40 g/t,推荐充填浓度为76%,灰砂比为1∶8。大冶新矿种尾矿通过有价元素及矿物回收、充填矿山采空区、用作元素肥料及土壤改良剂等方式进行回收利用。The tailings of Daye Iron Mine have large output,low comprehensive utilization rate and safety risk.Based on the research on the performance of new tailings in Daye,the comprehensive utiliza-tion direction is put forward.The results show that the tailing density is 3.20 g/cm^(3),the loose density is 1.25 g/cm^(3),the dense density is 1.47 g/cm^(3),the loose porosity is 61%,the dense porosity is 54.1%,the aver-age particle size of the tailing is 2.626μm,and the grading is poor.The tailing is rich in a large amount of Fe and SiO_(2),while the contents of harmful elements S and P in the tailing are less than 0.1%,there is no radio-active pollution,and the tailing is rich in Ti,V,Cr,Ni and other associated elements,which belongs to the iron tailings of low calcium,magnesium,aluminum and silicon.In tailings filling,15 million anionic floccu-lant is used as flocculant,the dosage of flocculant is 40 g/t,the recommended filling concentration is 76%,and the ratio of lime to sand is 1∶8.The tailings of new ores in Daye are recycled by recovering valuable ele-ments and minerals,filling mined-out areas,and being used as elemental fertilizers and soil amendments.
