摘 要:为了保证三安铁矿充填安全及降低充填成本,采用全面法设计试验,对不同料浆浓度和灰砂比的料浆输送性能及充填体强度性能进行分析。试验结果表明:L型管道自流输送试验时,料浆流速变化在0.096~1.625 m/s,屈服应力在2.206~24.687 Pa,黏性系数在0.314~6.049 Pa·s,料浆浓度在58%~62%时流动性能整体较好。采用M32.5水泥作为胶凝材料,灰砂比为1∶8,料浆浓度为66%,60 d抗压强度为0.61 MPa,基本难以满足采矿要求,而采用胶固粉,灰砂比为1∶15,料浆浓度为66%,60 d强度可达1.9 MPa,可适应很多采矿方法不同区域充填要求。研究结果为相似矿山充填料浆配比设计提供一定的理论依据。In order to ensure the safety of filling and reduce the cost of filling in San'an Iron Mine,the slurry conveying performance and the strength performance of filling body with different slurry concentration and lime sand ratio are analyzed by comprehensive design test.The test results show that the flow rate of slur⁃ry varies from 0.096 to 1.625 m/s,the yield stress is from 2.206 to 24.687 Pa,the viscosity coefficient is from 0.314 to 6.049 Pa·s,and the slurry concentration is from 58%to 62%when flaw better overall perfor⁃mance.Using M32.5 cement as cementing material,the ratio of cement to sand is 1∶8,the concentration of slurry is 66%,and the compressive strength of 60 days is 0.61 MPa,which is basically difficult to meet the requirements of mining.However,using cementing powder,the ratio of cement to sand is 1∶15,the concen⁃tration of slurry is 66%,and the strength of 60 days can reach 1.9 MPa.It can adapt to the filling require⁃ments of different areas in many mining methods.The research results provide a theoretical basis for similar mine filling slurry ratio design.
