摘　　要：基于2013-2021年中国30个省级面板数据,实证分析了数字基础设施对全球价值链嵌入的影响效应、传导机制及地域差异。结果显示:数字基础设施建设对全球价值链嵌入程度提升具有显著推动作用,且存在空间溢出效应。数字基础设施建设对全球价值链嵌入程度加深促进作用存在区域异质性,在中西部地区更明显;创新要素配置在数字基础设施建设与全球价值链嵌入的关系中具有中介效应;数字基础设施建设对全球价值链嵌入提升的促进作用具有非线性特征,且东部地区相较于中西部地区更能获得数字基础设施建设的溢出性红利。最后,提出超前部署数字基础设施建设、提高创新要素配置合理性、跟进地区差异化发展战略的政策建议。Based on the Panel data of 30 provinces in China from 2013 to 2021,this paper empirically analyzes the impact of digital infrastructure on GVC embeddedness,transmission mechanism,and regional differences.The results show that the construction of digital infrastructure significantly enhances the embedding degree of the global value chain,and there is a spatial spillover effect.Further analysis reveals that the promotion effect of digital infrastructure construction on the embedding degree of global value chains is characterized by regional heterogeneity,particularly in the central and western regions.The allocation of innovation factors mediates the relationship between digital infrastructure construction and GvC embeddedness.The promotion effect of digital infrastructure construction on the embedding and upgrading global value chains has a non-linear characteristic,and the eastern region is more likely to receive the spillover dividends of digital infrastructure construction compared to the central and western areas.Based on this,policy recommendations are proposed to advance the deployment of digital infrastructure construction,improve the rationality of innovative factor allocation,and conduct regional differentiated development strategies.
