900℃常化态无取向硅钢织构演化的原位EBSD研究

摘  要:借助背散射电子衍射(EBSD)以及场发射扫描电镜内原位拉伸试验机对高牌号常化态无取向硅钢进行织构演化研究。研究结果表明:高牌号常化态无取向硅钢晶粒取向主要由(011)[100]构成,在原位拉伸力作用下,晶粒取向不断向(233)[3-1-1]、(112)[2-41]、(001)[110]和(455)[5-22]等晶体取向转变。从ODF的变化上,高牌号常化态无取向硅钢织构类型由最初的{011}〈100〉高斯织构逐渐向面织构转化,织构取向密度随拉伸变形不断下降,并最终形成{113}〈631〉织构和{100}〈011〉旋转立方织构。无取向硅钢中的AlN由于和基体的位相关系,在原位拉伸过程中,对常化态初始晶粒取向的滑移和变化产生阻碍,防止其成为主要取向,对最终形成{113}〈631〉织构和{100}〈011〉旋转立方织构的晶粒具有重要作用。Ansteel Beijing Research Institute Co.,Ltd.;The texture evolution of a high-grade normalized non-oriented silicon steel was studied using electron backscatter diffraction(EBSD)and field emission scanning electron microscope with an in-situ tensile test machine.Results showed that the grain orientation of the tested steel is mainly composed of(011)[100].Under in-situ tensile stress,the grain orientation transit to crystal orientation such as(233)[3-1-1],(112)[2-41],(001)[110],and(455)[5-22].The texture type of the tested steel gradually transforms from the initial{011}〈100〉Gaussian texture to the surface texture.The orientation density of Gaussian texture continues to decrease with tensile deformation,and finally transit to{113}〈631〉texture and{100}〈011〉rotated cubic texture.In non-oriented silicon steel,due to the orientation relationship between AlN and the matrix,it hinders the slip and deformation of the initial grains with a normal orientation during in-situ tensile process.This prevents it from becoming the dominant orientation and plays an important role in the formation of{113}〈631〉texture and{100}〈011〉rotated cube texture in the final grains.
