摘 要:采用Thermo-Calc软件模拟取向硅钢脱碳退火板的氧化过程,分析不同p_(H_(2)O)/p_(H_(2))值可以生成的氧化物,发现800℃脱碳退火时p_(H_(2)O)/p_(H_(2))值的范围在0.19~23时,脱碳氧化生成物是FeO和Fe_(2)SiO_(4)。采用辉光光谱仪分析三种不同氧含量的脱碳退火板的氧化层组成与脱碳退火板对应的成品板的表面特征。发现脱碳退火板的总氧含量不同,但是表层的氧含量相近而且都非常高。随脱碳退火板中氧含量增加,脱碳退火板氧化层厚度增加。三种成品板的表层绝缘膜中的氧含量几乎相同,与氧化层最厚的脱碳退火板对应的成品板的硅酸镁底层也最厚,尖晶石的钉扎最深。State Key Lab of Metal Material for Marine Equipment and Application;Ansteel Iron&Steel Research Institutes;Angang Steel Co.,Ltd.;Thermo-Calc software was used to simulate the oxidation process of decarburized annealing plates for oriented silicon steel,and the oxides that can be generated with different p_(H_(2)O)/p_(H_(2))were analyzed.During decarburization annealing at 800℃,It was found that when the range of p_(H_(2)O)/p_(H_2)values was 0.19~23,the oxidation products were FeO and Fe_(2)SiO_(4).Using a glow spectrometer to analyze the oxide layers of three different decarburized annealing plates with different oxygen contents,as well as the surface characteristics of the corresponding finished plates.Found out than the total oxygen content of decarburized annealed plates is different,but the oxygen content in the surface is alike,all of which are very high.As the oxygen content in the decarburized annealing plate increases,the thickness of the oxide layer increases.The oxygen content in the surface insulation film of the three finished boards is almost the same,and the forsterite film in the finished board corresponding to the decarburized annealing board with the thickest oxide layer is also the thickest,and the spinel is the deepest.
