摘  要:介绍本钢结合自身设备条件开发取向硅钢热轧基料实践,阐述了如何根据本钢炼钢及连铸工序设备特点和极限条件,设计取向硅钢BRQ热轧基料的冶炼和热轧工艺,控制并解决了无二冷段电搅导致的铸坯组织问题,以及热轧板坯加热炉装炉、温度和时间控制,3/4连轧机组粗精轧区域温降、速度和稳定性等问题。通过工艺优化,形成对应有限设备条件的工艺和生产方案,实现了取向硅钢热轧基料BRQ的稳定生产。The development of oriented silicon steel hot-rolled base materials combining the equipment conditions of Benxi Steel was introduced in this paper.The smelting and hot rolling process of oriented silicon steel BRQ hot rolling base material were designed based on the characteristics and limit conditions of steelmaking and continuous casting equipment at Benxi Steel,solving the problem of casting billet structure caused by electric stirring without secondary cooling section,as well as the problems of hot rolling slab heating furnace loading,temperature and time control,temperature drop,speed and stability in the rough and fine rolling area of the 3/4 continuous rolling unit.Through process optimization,a process and production plan corresponding to limited equipment conditions were formed,achieving stable production of oriented silicon steel hot-rolled base material BRQ.
