摘  要:氦气作为激光焊机焊接时重要的工作气体,控制其消耗量有利于降低成本。以氦气消耗量为研究目标,从氦气吹扫时间、工作头吹扫范围、气站二次减压等方面对TMEIC激光焊机进行了优化,降低了氦气的消耗量,并提高了焊缝质量,有效地降低了激光焊机氦气成本。Helium gas is an important working gas in laser welding, and controlling its consumption is beneficial for reducing costs. This article takes helium consumption as the research objective, and optimizes the TMEIC laser welding machine from the aspects of helium blowing time, working head blowing range, and secondary pressure reduction at the gas station. It reduces helium consumption and improves weld quality, effectively reducing the helium cost of the laser welding machine.
