摘　　要：结合高精度铝板矫直机的辊系参数特点,分析了辊系拉力条件对设备矫直能力的影响,介绍了采用夹送辊装置改善拉力条件、提升矫直能力的技术方案。The influence of roller system tension conditions on the straightening capacity of the equipment is analyzed,in combination with the roller system parameter characteristics of the high-precision aluminum plate straightening machine.In addition,the technical program to improve the tension conditions is introduced by using the pinch roller device to improve the straightening capacity.
