摘 要:针对天然气携沙流经球阀发生的冲蚀问题,利用Fluent流体模拟仿真软件,结合固气两相流耦合特性,运用K-epsilon turbulence model和E CRC erosion model对流场的分布状况、冲蚀速率以及冲蚀的最大区域进行了详细的研究与评估。结果表明:颗粒直径的大小与冲蚀率呈现线性相关,入口速度与冲蚀率之间呈现指数变化,阀口开度对冲蚀率影响极大,阀口开度越小冲蚀作用越明显,并且随着阀口开度的变化最大冲蚀区域也会发生变化。以上研究可对球阀冲蚀磨损预测、修复及结构优化设计提供理论依据和实际参考。Aiming at the erosion problem of natural gas carrying sand flowing through the ball valve,detailed study and evaluation on distribution status,erosion rate and the maximum erosion rate zone of flow field by Fluent fluid analog simulation software based on K-epsilon turbulence model and E CRC erosion model.The results show that there is a linear correlation between particles diameter and erosion rate,and an exponential change between inlet velocity and erosion rate.The opening of valve has great influence on the erosion rate,and the smaller the valve opening,the more obvious erosion.The maximum erosion zone will vary with the changes of valve opening.All the researches in this paper can provide a theoretical basis and practical reference for erosive wear prediction,repair and structural optimization of ball valve.
