摘　　要：在信息化与数字化基础上,将社会计算这一研究与治理社会问题的新方法应用于构建巩固拓展脱贫攻坚成果长效机制上,凸显利用大数据和人工智能算法解决多主体相关、多因素叠加的、复杂的相对贫困问题的优势,有机整合巩固与拓展机制,在巩固中拓展、以拓展促巩固,促进帮扶对象精准化、帮扶措施多元化、脱贫动力内生化、扶贫决策动态化自动化、多方参与联动及智能化协调,为巩固拓展脱贫攻坚成果长效机制的研究和实践提供一种新思路。On the basis of informationization and digitalization,social computing,a new method to study and manage social problems,is applied to build long-term mechanisms to consolidate and extend poverty alleviation results,highlighting the advantages of using big data and artificial intelligence algorithms to solve multi-agent related,multi-factor superimposed,complex relative poverty problems.It has organical-ly integrated the consolidation mechanism and the expansion mechanism,strengthening the expansion in the consolidation and promoting the consolidation in the expansion.We should promote the precision of the helped,the diversification of assistance measures,the internalization of the motive force of poverty al-leviation,the automation of the dynamic decision-making on poverty alleviation,the linkage of multi-party participation and the intelligent coordination.It provides a new way of the research and practice to consolidate and expand the long-term mechanism of poverty alleviation achievements.
