摘  要:非木材纤维原料资源的开发及利用拓宽了植物纤维来源渠道,能够缓解制浆造纸工业木材原料短缺问题,符合我国国情。本文以农林废弃物汉麻秆为原料,从纤维微细结构着手,将汉麻纤维与制浆造纸常用阔叶木原料杨木和禾本科植物原料玉米秸秆进行了对比,发现汉麻秆的纤维形态与杨木纤维相似,杂细胞含量少,在长度、宽度分布上具有很好的均一性,符合制浆用纤维原料的要求。检测结果表明:汉麻秆纤维抄造的纸张具有较好的物理性能,能够替代部分现有原料,缓解纤维原料短缺的难题。The development and utilization of non-wood fiber raw material resources has broadened the source channels of plant fiber,which can solve the shortage of wood raw materials for pulping and papermaking and is in line with China’s national conditions.This paper uses hemp stalks,the agricultural and forestry waste,as raw material,and compares hemp fiber with poplar and corn stalks,two commonly used hardwood raw materials for pulping and papermaking,from the perspective of microstructure.It was found that the fiber morphology of hemp stalks is similar to that of poplar wood fibers,with less impurities and good uniformity in length and width distribution,which is in line with the characteristics of pulp raw materials.The experimental results showed that paper made from hemp fiber has good physical properties and can replace part of the existing raw materials,thus alleviating the shortage of fiber raw materials.
