摘 要:因聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)具有优异的压电性能、化学稳定性,在柔性传感器、钠离子电池隔膜和生物医学方面具有广泛应用。但纯PVDF的β相含量没有达到理想状态,而静电纺丝技术是一种简便有效制备纳米纤维的方法,可以有效控制纤维直径、提高PVDF的β压电相性能。文章对PVDF性能与静电纺丝技术分别进行介绍,对静电纺PVDF纳米纤维工艺及其影响因素进行分析,对静电纺施加电压、接收距离与β相含量关系进行对比,对静电纺PVDF的主要应用情况进行说明。Because of its excellent piezoelectric properties and chemical stability,the polyvinylidene fluoride(PVDF)has a wide range of applications in flexible sensors,sodium ion battery diaphragms and biomedicine.However,theβ-phase content of pure PVDF is not ideal,and electrostatic spinning technology is a simple and effective method to prepare nano-fibers,which can effectively control the fiber diameter and improve theβ-piezoelectric phase properties of PVDF.In this paper,PVDF properties and electrostatic spinning technology are briefly introduced respectively,the process of electrostatic spinning PVDF nanofibers and its influencing factors are analyzed,the relationship between applied voltage,receiving distance andβ-phase content of electrostatic spinning is compared,and the main applications of electrostatic spinning PVDF are explained.
