涤棉双层针织物的轻度亲疏水整理研究

摘  要:为提升涤棉双层针织物的亲肤感以及吸湿快干能力,选取双层针织物,内层为疏水层,由16.67 tex/144 f(150 D/144 f)十字截面涤纶长丝编织而成,外层为亲水层,由14.67 tex纯棉纱线编织而成,采用吸湿排汗整理剂TM对织物疏水面进行轻度亲水整理,并采用疏水整理剂Nuva N1802 liquid对织物亲水面进行轻度疏水整理。研究不同浓度的亲疏水整理剂对针织物吸湿快干性能的影响。测试透气率、透湿率、芯吸高度、干燥速率、动态水分传递等性能。结果表明:当涤纶表面采用0.1%亲水整理剂和棉层采用0.1%疏水整理剂,吸湿快干效果达到最优,透湿性和芯吸高度的提升增加了人体的亲肤感。In order to improve skin-friendly feeling and moisture absorption and quick drying ability,it selected double-layered knitted fabric with the inner layer hydrophobic by using 16.67 tex/144 f(150 D/144 f)cross sectioned polyester filament,and the outer layer was a hydrophilic layer by using 14.67 tex pure cotton yarn,and the hydrophilic finishing agent permalose TM was used to perform mild hydrophilic finishing on the hydrophobic surface of the fabric,and the hydrophobic finishing agent Nuva N1802 liquid was used to perform mild hydrophobic finishing on the hydrophilic surface.The effects of different concentrations of hydrophilic and hydrophobic finishing agents on the moisture absorption and quick-drying properties of double-layered knitted fabrics were studied.The properties of the fabrics such as breathability,moisture permeability,wicking,drying rate and dynamic moisture transfer were tested.The results show that when the polyester surface is treated with 0.1%hydrophilic finishing agent and the cotton layer is treated with 0.1%hydrophobic finishing agent,the effect of moisture absorption and quick drying is optimal,and the improvement of moisture permeability and wicking increases the skin-friendly feeling of the human body.
