摘 要:目的研究柑橘中黄酮类成分的质谱裂解规律。方法测定柑橘中14种代表性黄酮的二级质谱,根据精确质荷比确定各离子的元素组成,全面解析碎片离子和裂解途径,系统总结黄酮的质谱裂解规律。结果柑橘黄酮苷在质谱中的裂解为依次脱去两个单糖;苷元的裂解方式有脱-CH_(3)、脱-CO、C环开环等,以上各种途径在二氢黄酮、黄酮和黄酮醇结构中出现差异。结论柑橘中黄酮类成分的电喷雾质谱裂解有一定的规律,这些特征的碎片离子可作为鉴别复杂体系中黄酮类成分的依据。OBJECTIVETo study the mass spectrometric fragmentation pattern of flavonoids in citrus.METHODS The mass spectral cleavage patterns of flavonoids were summarized by determining the secondary mass spectra of 14 representative flavonoids in citrus,determining the elemental compositions of the ions based on the precise mass-to-charge ratio,and comprehensively resolving the fragmentation ions and cleavage pathways.RESULTS The cleavage of citrus flavonoid glycosides in mass spectra was the sequential removal of two monosaccharides,and the cleavage modes of aglycons include de-CH_(3),de-CO,and C-ring opening.In the cleavage of the aglycons,there were differences in the appearance of the above various pathways in the structures of dihydroflavonoids,flavonoids and flavonols.CONCLUSION The electrospray mass spectrometric cleavage of flavonoids in citrus has a certain pattern,and these characteristic fragment ions can be used as a basis for identifying flavonoid phenotypes in complex systems.
