摘　　要：肾草酸钙结石是泌尿系统最常见的疾病。现从影响尿液中代谢物、抑制晶体生长、改变晶体物相、调节蛋白活性、抗氧化等方面综述柠檬酸及其衍生物防治肾草酸钙结石的可能机制,为口服药物治疗肾结石的临床提供参考。Calcium oxalate kidney stones represent the most prevalent disease of the urinary system.This article reviews the possible mechanisms of citric acid and its derivatives in preventing and treating renal calcium oxalate stones from five aspects:Affecting metabolites in urine,inhibiting crystal growth,changing crystal phase,regulating protein activity,and antioxidation.This provides a basis and reference for the clinical application of oral medication in the treatment of renal stones.
