摘 要:转录因子是一类有特殊结构,能够调控基因表达并与特定部位结合,从而使目的基因特定表达的蛋白质分子。NAC转录因子是植物特异转录因子家族之一,具有调控植物的生长发育、影响次生壁的形成、响应非生物胁迫等功能。本研究从山新杨基因组数据库中获得了29个NAC转录因子,鉴定了它们的蛋白结构与理化性质,并与拟南芥的NAC进行系统树构建;同时,以赤霉素处理的山新杨为材料,利用实时荧光定量PCR技术分析29个NAC基因的表达变化,为将来解析NAC基因在山新杨中的功能和调控机制及利用NAC改良山新杨遗传品质提供前期基础。Transcription factor(TF) is a type of protein molecule with a special structure. It can regulate gene expression and bind to a specific part, specifically expressed the target gene. NAC transcription factors are a family of the plant-specific TFs with functions in regulating the growth and development, affecting the formation of secondary cell walls, and responding to abiotic stresses in plants. In this study, we obtained 29 NAC TFs from the genome database of Shanxin poplar(Populus davidiana×P. alba var. pyramidlis), identified their protein structures and physical and chemical properties and performed phylogenetic tree construction with NAC TFs of Arabidopsis.At the same time, Shanxin poplar plants treated with gibberellin as materials, the expression changes of 29 NAC genes were analyzed using RT-qPCR. This study provides a preliminary basis for further analysis of the function and regulatory mechanism of the NAC gene and improvement the genetic quality of Shanxin poplar.
