摘  要:在尖孢镰刀菌古巴专化型4号小种基因组中鉴定到一个编码S-亚硝基谷胱甘肽还原酶的基因FocGSNOR。为了探索FocGSNOR在尖孢镰刀菌生长和对寄主致病力中的作用,本研究首先构建了该蛋白编码基因的敲除突变体菌株,并进一步对其生长和致病等表型进行了分析。结果发现,FocGSNOR基因的敲除明显抑制了尖孢镰刀菌的营养生长、产孢及其对寄主香蕉植株的致病力。另外,与野生型菌株WT相比,敲除突变株ΔFocGSNOR对抑菌药物异菌脲、三唑酮和过氧化氢的抗性有明显差异。以上结果表明FocGSNOR是尖孢镰刀菌重要的致病因子。A S-nitrosoglutath io ne reductase(GSNOR) encoding gene FocGSNOR was identified in Fusarium oxysporum f. sp. cubense tropical race 4(Foc TR4). In order to explore the functions of FocGSNOR on growth of Foc TR4 and the pathogenicity to the host, this study first constructed a knockout mutant strain of the protein coding gene, and further analyzed its growth and pathogenic phenotypes. The phenotype analysis revealed that FocGSNOR is required for vegetative growth, conidiation and pathogenicity of Foc TR4 to banana plant. Further more, knock-out of FocGSNOR significantly affected the fungicide resistance of Foc TR4 to iprodione, triadimefon and H_(2)O_(2). These results suggested that FocGSNOR is an important pathogenicity factor of Foc TR4.
