摘 要:本研究以沙地云杉及其近缘种红皮云杉、白扦为试材,设置5个营养液浓度和1个对照处理,探究不同营养液浓度对三种云杉种子萌发和幼苗生长的影响。结果表明:(1)三种云杉的发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数均随营养液浓度的升高呈现先增后减的趋势,白扦和红皮云杉虽然有波动升高,但总体还是呈下降趋势。C1下三种云杉的发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数都有提高,沙地云杉在C5下的抑制最为明显。(2)营养液浓度相同下的三种云杉做比较,除C5外,沙地云杉的发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数都显著高于红皮云杉和白扦。(3)不同浓度营养液对三种云杉根长生长的影响呈现先增后减的趋势,C1下对根的生长有一定促进随后开始受到不同程度的抑制。(4)利用隶属函数综合分析三种云杉的各项指标,三种云杉中沙地云杉对营养液的反应效果最明显,其次为红皮云杉,再次是白扦。本研究系统的比较了沙地云杉、白扦、红皮云杉在不同营养液浓度下的各项指标。通过研究不同营养液浓度对三种云杉种子萌发和幼苗生长的影响,揭示三种云杉初期对营养物质的需求情况,为当地云杉属植物的开发利用提供科学依据。In this study, the Picea mongolia and its related species, Picea koraiensis and Picea meyeri, were used as the test materials. Five nutrient solution concentrations and one control treatment were set to explore the effects of different nutrient solution concentrations on the seed germination and seedling growth of the three spruce species. The results showed that:(1) The germination rate, germination potential, and germination index of the three spruce showed a trend of first increasing and then decreasing with the increase of the nutrient solution concentration. Although the Picea meyeri and the Picea koraiensis fluctuated and increased, the overall still showing a downward trend. The germination rate, germination potential and germination index of the three types of spruce under C1 increased, and the inhibition of Picea mongolia under C5 was the most obvious.(2) Comparing three kinds of spruce under the same nutrient solution concentration, except for C5, the germination rate, germination vigor and germination index of Picea mongolia are significantly higher than that of Picea koraiensis and Picea meyeri.(3) The effect of different concentrations of nutrient solution on the root growth of the three spruce showed a trend of increasing first and then decreasing. C1 promoted the growth of the roots to a certain extent and then began to be inhibited to varying degrees.(4) Using the membership function to comprehensively analyze the indicators of the three spruce, the Picea mongolia has the most obvious response effect to the nutrient solution,followed by the Picea koraiensis, and the Picea meyeri again. This study systematically compares the indexes of Picea mongolia, Picea meyeri, and Picea koraiensis under different nutrient solution concentrations. By studying the effects of different nutrient solution concentrations on the seed germination and seedling growth of the three spruce species, it revealed the initial nutrient requirements of the three spruce species and provided a scientific basis for the development
