摘 要:随着生物技术在农业领域的广泛应用,特别是在种子育种方面,如何有效地培养和引进专业人才成为推动行业发展的关键。本研究深入分析了生物技术育种行业人才的现状,探讨了人才供需不平衡、培养体系不适应行业需求等问题,并提出了针对性的解决策略。这些策略包括制定更加灵活和贴近实际需求的培养计划,建立产学研紧密合作机制,以及加强与相关产业的协同,旨在为生物技术育种行业提供高素质的人才支持,推动行业的创新和可持续发展。With the widespread application of biotechnology in the agricultural sector, especially in seed breeding,how to effectively cultivate and introduce professional talents has become key to promoting industry development.This study conducts an in-depth analysis of the current status of talents in the biotechnology breeding industry,discusses issues such as the imbalance between talent supply and demand, and the training system not meeting industry needs, and proposes targeted solutions. These strategies include developing more flexible and practical training programs, establishing close cooperation mechanisms between industry, academia, and research, as well as strengthening collaboration with related industries, aiming to provide high-quality talent support for the biotechnology breeding industry and promote its innovation and sustainable development.
