摘　　要：本研究聚焦于探讨国际种子贸易体制与种业公司电商贸易出口的策略,通过分析国际种子贸易的法律法规、挑战与机遇,以及电商对种子贸易的影响,提出了种业公司在电商贸易出口中的成功策略。研究指出,电商平台不仅降低了交易成本,提高了市场效率,还通过数据分析为种业公司提供了精准的市场洞察。此外,强调了电商在推动国际种子贸易中的重要角色,并提出未来研究方向,包括电商技术的创新应用、适应国际贸易法律法规的变化,以及促进种子贸易的可持续发展。这些发现为种业公司提供了理论支持和实践指导,对促进全球种子贸易的健康发展具有重要意义。This study focuses on exploring the international seed trade regime and the strategies for seed companies' e-commerce trade exports. By analyzing the laws and regulations of international seed trade, challenges and opportunities, as well as the impact of e-commerce on seed trade, it proposes successful strategies for seed companies in e-commerce trade exports. The study points out that e-commerce platforms not only reduce transaction costs and improve market efficiency but also provide precise market insights for seed companies through data analysis.Moreover, it emphasizes the significant role of e-commerce in promoting international seed trade and proposes future research directions, including the innovative application of e-commerce technology, adaptation to changes in international trade laws and regulations, and the promotion of sustainable development in seed trade. These findings offer theoretical support and practical guidance for seed companies, playing a significant role in promoting the healthy development of global seed trade.
