北京市2017—2022年出生儿童的轮状病毒疫苗接种现状分析

摘  要:目的分析2017—2022年出生儿童的轮状病毒疫苗接种率,为科学指导轮状病毒疫苗接种提供依据。方法选取北京市免疫规划信息管理系统中2017年1月1日—2022年12月31日出生的全部儿童为研究对象,对其单价口服轮状病毒减毒疫苗(Lanzhou lamp rotavirus vaccine,LLR)和五价重配轮状病毒疫苗(pentavalent human-bovine reassortant rotavirus vaccine,RV5)的接种情况进行分析。结果北京市2017—2022年出生儿童第1~3剂轮状病毒疫苗总接种率分别为35.93%、24.02%、16.72%,第1~3剂LLR接种率分别为18.91%、7.68%、1.12%,第1~3剂RV5接种率分别为22.04%、21.15%、20.19%。各剂次总接种率、LLR接种率及RV5接种率均为女性儿童大于男性儿童,市区儿童高于近郊区和远郊区儿童。轮状病毒疫苗总首针及时接种率为18.68%,RV5首针及时接种率为22.00%,LLR首针及时接种率为1.68%。结论北京市儿童轮状病毒疫苗全程接种率低,LLR首针接种及时性差;应加强轮状病毒疫苗宣教,提高疫苗及时、全程接种率。Objective To estimate rotavirus vaccine coverage using data from Beijing’s Immunization Information System(IIS)and provide evidence for guiding vaccination strategies.Methods Children born between January 1,2017,and December 31,2022,were selected from the IIS.Vaccination data for Lanzhou lamp rotavirus vaccine(LLR)and Pentavalent human-bovine reassortant rotavirus vaccine(RV5)were analyzed to assess rotavirus vaccination coverage.Results The overall coverage rates for the 1-3 doses of rotavirus vaccine were 35.93%,24.02%,and 16.72%among children born in Beijing from 2017 to 2022.Specifically,LLR vaccination rates were 18.91%,7.68%,and 1.12%,and RV5 vaccination rates were 22.04%,21.15%,and 20.19%,respectively.Female children and those residing in urban districts showed higher vaccination rates than male children and those in suburban and outer suburban districts for all doses.Timely vaccination rates for the total,RV5,and LLR doses were 18.68%,22.00%,and 1.68%,respectively.Conclusion Rotavirus vaccine coverage remains low among eligible children in Beijing,with delays observed in administering the first LLR dose.Enhanced health education is recommended to improve timely and complete vaccination coverage among eligible children.
