摘　　要：统筹区域协调发展是我国实现共同富裕的制胜要诀。本文利用2009—2019年省级面板数据,系统分析了政府的企业家精神对区域协调发展的影响效应和作用机理。研究发现,政府的企业家精神在总体上对区域经济差距具有显著的抑制作用,且南方地区政府的企业家精神的作用效果更为明显。作用机制分析显示,优化创新资源配置和改善创新环境是政府的企业家精神缩小区域发展差距的重要渠道。渠道异质性分析显示,政府的企业家精神的作用效果因支持对象不同而存在一定差异。扩展分析结果表明,南方地区在市场化环境、非正式制度、民间企业家精神等层面具有的独特优势,使得南方地区政府的企业家精神对区域经济差距的抑制作用更强。为此,要充分发挥政府在创新战略引领、创新环境建设等方面的引导作用,为促进区域协调发展、助力共同富裕目标实现提供有效支撑。Coordinating regional development is the key to achieving common prosperity.Based on the provincial panel data from 2009 to 2019,this paper systematically analyzes the influence and mecha⁃nism of government entrepreneurship on regional coordinated development.It is found that government en⁃trepreneurship has a significant inhibitory effect on the regional economic gap in general,and this effect in the southern region is more obvious.The mechanism analysis shows that optimizing the allocation of inno⁃vation resources and improving the innovation environment are important channels for government entrepre⁃neurship to narrow the regional economic gap.The results of channel heterogeneity analysis show that the effect of government entrepreneurship varies depending on the target audience.The results of the extended analysis show that the southern region has unique advantages in the market environment,informal institu⁃tions,and private entrepreneurship,which makes the government entrepreneurship in the southern region more powerful in restraining the regional economic gap.To this end,it is necessary to give full play to the government’s guiding role in innovation strategy guidance and innovation environment construction,so as to provide effective support for promoting coordinated regional development and achieving common prosperity.
