摘 要:数字经济作为新一轮技术革命和产业转型的重要驱动力,已渗透到中国各行业领域尤其是工业部门,引发了生产方式和经济结构的根本变革。本文基于Acemoglu(2002)的技术适宜性理论框架,将数据作为一种要素纳入到包含资本、劳动以及能源等传统要素的常替代弹性(CES)生产函数中,形成了工业碳生产率的动能分解以及影响路径的理论框架。结果发现:数字经济、技术进步偏向并非能够始终促进工业碳生产率增长,其主要取决于要素之间的替代关系所引起的技术进步偏向的变化。进一步地,实证研究结果表明:数字经济与工业碳生产率之间呈现出“U”形的曲线关系,根据“U”形曲线的拐点值以及要素的替代弹性可知,在当前阶段数字经济会增加能源消费强度进而抑制工业碳生产率提升,而技术进步偏向能够降低能源消费强度,从而促进工业碳生产率提升,并且在技术进步偏向的作用下,数字经济能够提前发挥对工业碳生产率的提升作用。As an important driving force for a new round of technological revolution and industrial transformation,the digital econo⁃my has penetrated into various industries in China,especially the industrial sector,promoted the restructuring of production factors,triggered fundamental changes in the mode of production and economic structure,Based on Acemoglu's(2002)technical suitability theoretical framework,data is included as an element in the constant elasticity of substitution(CES)production function,which in⁃cludes traditional elements such as capital,labor and energy.By defining the concepts of digital economy,technological progress bi⁃as and industrial carbon productivity,a theoretical analysis framework of kinetic energy decomposition and impact path of industrial carbon productivity growth is formed.The results showed that the digital economy and technological progress bias may not always promote the growth of industrial carbon productivity,but mainly depend on the changes in technological progress bias caused by the substitution relationship among factors.Further,empirical reseerch results indicate that there is a“U”curve relationship between the digital economy and industrial carbon productivity.However,based on the inflection point values of the“U”curve and the substi⁃tution elasticity of factors,it can be seen that in the current stage,the digital economy will increase energy consumption intensity and inhibit the improvement of industrial carbon productivity.Technological progress bias can reduce energy consumption intensity and promote the improvement of industrial carbon productivity.Moreover,under the influence of technological progress bias,the digital economy can play an early role in enhancing industrial carbon productivity.
