摘　　要：新质生产力是马克思主义生产力理论的新样态,代表着生产力在质态维度的新跃迁。绿色发展融入并赋予新质生产力以绿色底蕴,是发展新质生产力的题中之义和重要向度。新质生产力本身就是绿色生产力,绿色生产力是新质生产力的生态本体论基底,表征人类对社会生产力和自然规律认识深化与综合运用的能力。以绿色发展理念引领新质生产力,打造高效能、高质量、绿色化的生产力发展新范式,同时以绿色技术创新赋能新质生产力,构建绿色技术创新体系,培育发展新质生产力的绿色动能。发展新质生产力,蕴含着对自然的生态关切和对人类的生存关怀,以促进人与自然和谐共生为价值旨归,实现人与自然的现实和解、有机统一和共同塑造,开辟人类可持续发展新境界。New quality productive forces are a new form of Marxist productivity theory that represents a new leap in the qualitative dimension of productive forces.The integration of green development into new quality productive forces gives new quality productive forces a green foundation,and it is the meaning and important dimension of the development of new quality productive forces.New quality productive forces are themselves green productive forces,which are the ecological ontological basis of new quality productive forces and represent the ability of the mankind to deepen the understanding of and comprehensively utilize social productive forces and natural laws.We lead the new quality productive forces with the concept of green development,and create a new paradigm of high-eficiency,high-quality,and green productive forces development,empower the new quality productive forces with green technology innovation,build a green technology innovation system,and cultivate green momentum for the development of the new quality productive forces.The development of new quality productive forces contains ecological concern for nature and concern for human survival,realizes the realistic reconciliation,organic unity and common shaping of man and nature with the value purpose of promoting the harmonious coexistence of man and nature,and opens up a new realm of sustainable development of mankind.
