纯电池动力船舶电气设计关键技术分析

摘  要:针对纯电池动力船舶的关键电气安全影响因素进行分析,采取相应的技术措施以确保船舶安全。基于中国船级社关于该类船舶规范的最新研究成果,结合当前内河该类船舶的典型设计,对纯电池动力船舶的电气设计难点和要点进行剖析,重点分析和介绍该类船舶的锂电池船用和直流综合电力系统设计的电气关键安全技术要求。从目前内河纯电池动力船舶的营运情况看,提出的关键技术安全措施基本能实现锂电池安全船用的预期目标。The key electrical safety influencing factors of battery powered ships was analyzed in order to adopt corresponding technical measures to ensure ship safety.In light of the latest research results of China Classification Society on the regulations for this type of ships,combined with the typical design in inland rivers,the electrical design difficulties and key points of battery powered ships was investigated,focusing on the key safety technical requirements for the design of lithium-ion batteries and DC integrated power systems for this type of ships.The current operational situation of battery powered ships in inland rivers showed that the key technical safety measures proposed can basically achieve the expected goals of lithium battery safety for marine use.
