摘 要:考虑到水下生产系统生产期检验要求不明确,为指导检验进而保证系统安全运行,对其检验要求进行分析。对生产期主要风险进行分类识别并提出针对性的控制策略,总结和对比法律法规、国内外标准及主要船级社标准对生产期检验的不同要求。以渤海湾首套浅水水下生产系统为例,制定具体的生产期检验计划,分析检验执行中的难点及其替代检验方式。分析表明,当前可参照的检验依据主要为船级社标准,制定检验计划应综合考虑风险控制和标准的要求。Considering the unclear inspection requirements during the operation of subsea production systems,in order to guide the inspection and ensure the safe operation,an analysis of its inspection requirements was conducted.The main risks during the operation were classified and identified,and related control strategies were proposed.The different requirements of laws and regulations,domestic and foreign standards,and major classification society standards for inspections during operation were summarized.Taking the first shallow water subsea production system in Bohai Bay as an example,a specific inspection plan was developed,and the difficulties in inspection execution and their alternative inspection methods were analyzed.It was shown that the current reference for inspection is mainly based on classification society standards,and the development of inspection plans should comprehensively consider risk control and standard requirements.
