油船加装惰性气体系统现场检验要点

摘　　要：针对8000总吨及以上油船加装惰性气体系统引发的总结现场检验要点的迫切需求,结合法规、规范、经MSC.367(93)决议修订的FSS规则的检验要求和实船检验经验,总结出现有油船加装惰性气体系统的现场检验要点。通过汇总现场检验中发现的问题,根据法规、规范、规则要求进行分析,并结合实船状况提出处理措施,最后提出相应的防范措施及注意事项。In view of the urgent need of summarizing the key points of on-site survey caused by the increasing number of 8000 gross tonnage and above oil tankers retrofitted with inert gas system,combined with the survey requirements of statutory technical code,CCS rules,FSS code amended by MSC.367(93)resolution and the accumulation of on-site survey experience,the key points of on-site survey of inert gas system installed on oil tank were summarized.The deficiencies detected in the on-site survey were summarized and analyzed according to the requirements of statutory technical code,CCS rules,FSS code amended by MSC.367(93)resolution,and the treatment measures,corresponding preventive measures and precautions were put forward combined with the condition of real ship.
