摘　　要：为实现大口径高压海底输气软管的国产化应用,以南海某高温高压气田大口径国产输气软管为例,通过研究应用,实现软管及成套设备国产化,建立基于数值分析的大口径输气软管设计和制造质量保障体系,以及安全高效跨越海管和免海水进入的安装方法。In order to realize successful application of domestic subsea flexible pipes with large diameter and high pressure,taking a large diameter of domestic flexible pipeline in a gas field of the South China Sea with high temperature and pressure as an example,the flexible pipe and completed plant were achieved domestic production.The design and quality assurance system of large diameter gas transmission flexible pipeline based on numerical analysis was established,as well as the installation method of crossing the subsea pipeline safely and efficiently without seawater flooded.
