摘 要:针对玻璃钢船舶船体定期检验时发现的普遍性缺陷进行分析,并提出预防和保养方法。从建造和营运的角度,分析缺陷产生的原因,梳理出各缺陷之间的相互关系及对船体质量的危害。分析的结果表明,如缺陷不能得到及时修复,可转化成其他更为严重的缺陷,导致营运的玻璃钢船舶达不到预期的性能和用途,提出的预防措施和保养方法,可以解决缺陷修复和转化问题。通过缺陷分析提出的预防措施,有利于降低玻璃钢船舶在营运期间风险和改进玻璃钢船舶建造工艺和技术。The common defects found during periodical survey of FRP ship hulls was analyzed,so as to propose targeted prevention and maintenance methods.From the point of view of construction and operation of FRP ship,the causes of defects were analyzed,and the relationship between defects and the harm to the hull quality were sorted out.The analysis results showed that if defects cannot be repaired in time,they can be transformed into other more serious defects,resulting in the operating FRP ships cannot reach the expected performance and use;the proposed preventive measures and maintenance methods can effectively solve the problem of defect repair and transformation.The preventive measures proposed through defect analysis are beneficial for reducing the risks of FRP ships in service and improving the construction process and technology of FRP ships.
