从寒湿气滞论治银屑病

摘  要:银屑病,中医称“白疕”,是皮肤疾病中较为难治的一种,其病情反复,病势缠绵。中医药在其治疗方面有独特的优势。然而在临床治疗中发现,一些病程日久、情志不畅、感寒复发的患者,按既往清热凉血等治疗方法效果常不尽人意。在结合整体辨证和局部辨证后,引入寒湿气滞这一病因病机,治以温阳散寒、利湿健中法,往往攻克顽敌,取得满意疗效。附寒湿气滞病机论治银屑病思路及验案二则,以供参考交流。Psoriasis,also known as"white crust"in traditional Chinese medicine,is a kind of skin disease that is difficult to treat,with recurrent symptoms and lingering conditions.Though traditional Chinese medicine has a unique advantage in its treatment,it is found in clinic that some patients with a prolonged course,a poor emotional state and a higher recurrence when affected by cold,cannot always guarantee a satisfactory effect when treated with established methods such as clearing heat and cooling blood.On the basis of integrating the global syndrome differentiation and local syndrome differentiation,this study introduces the pathogeneses of cold-damp and qi stagnation to its syndrome differentiation,and treats it with the methods of warming yang to dispel cold,promoting diuresis to strengthen the spleen,which can usually achieve a satisfactory curative effect.This paper tries to analyze the ideas and two cases of the treatment of psoriasis based on differentiating the pathogeneses of cold-damp and qi stagnation,for reference and exchange.
