摘  要:体外循环期间因机械破坏、炎症反应等原因引起红细胞破坏并释放大量游离血红蛋白入血,血浆游离血红蛋白的增加与患者不良临床结局有关,因此溶血的早期预警与治疗对患者预后至关重要,此文对体外循环期间溶血相关的研究进展,包括溶血的原因、机制、诊断以及治疗进行综述。Various factors such as mechanical damage and inflammatory reaction during cardiopulmonary bypass(CPB)can cause red blood cell damage and the release of a large amount of free hemoglobin.Early diagnosis and treatment of hemolysis are crucial,as an increase of free hemoglobin in plasma is associated with adverse clinical outcomes in patients.In this article,we review the research advances on hemolysis during CPB,including causes,mechanisms,diagnosis,and treatment of hemolysis.
