摘 要:从“双碳”目标和医院可持续发展要求出发,探讨医院能耗管控策略。从“管理节能、技术节能、行为节能”3个方向探讨医院节能降耗的方法和常规举措,分析合同能源管理、分布式能源站、建筑节能和光伏发电系统建设对医院能耗管控的促进作用,确保医院能源消耗水平符合定额管理标准,并力争向“引导值”靠近。结果显示,通过运用能耗管控方法,医院近三年的人均能耗水平呈逐年下降趋势,接近定额标准的引导值(199千克标准煤/人)水平,具有一定的可行性。Starting from the national‘dual carbon’goal and the requirements of hospital sustainable development,the hospital energy consumption control strategy was discussed.From the three directions of‘management energy saving,technical energy saving,and behavioral energy saving’,the methods and routine measures of hospital energy conservation and consumption reduction are discussed,and the promotion effect of energy performance contracting,distributed energy stations,building energy conservation,and photovoltaic power generation system construction on hospital energy consumption control are analyzed,so as to ensure that the hospital energy consumption level meets the quota management standards,and strive to approach the‘guide value’.The results show that through the application of a series of energy consumption control methods,the hospital's per capita energy consumption level has shown a downward trend over the past three years,approaching the guidance value of the quota standard(199 kgce/p),indicating a certain feasibility.
