摘 要:绿色甲醇是未来远洋船舶具有前景的替代燃料之一,生物质气化是制备绿色甲醇工艺流程中的关键环节。对比生物质气化各炉型的优势、劣势和适用规模,调研国内外典型生物质气化工艺、燃料适用性及工程应用等。结果表明,流化床是当前生物质气化的主流床型,根据合成气的组分要求提出非催化部分氧化的必要性,指出烧嘴设计是非催化部分氧化的关键技术之一。在考虑制备甲醇的生物质前处理成本、生产规模以及技术可行性的基础上,提出制备绿色甲醇的主要技术路线。Green methanol is one of the promising alternative fuels for future ocean-going vessels,and biomass gasification is a key step in the process of producing green methanol.This study compares the advantages,disadvantages,and applicable scales of various types of biomass gasifiers,surveys typical domestic and international biomass gasification processes,fuel applicability,and engineering applications.The results show that fluidized beds are currently the mainstream bed type for biomass gasification.The necessity of non-catalytic partial oxidation is proposed based on the composition requirements of synthesis gas,and it is pointed out that burner design is one of the key technologies for non-catalytic partial oxidation.Considering the pre-treatment cost of biomass for methanol production,production scale,and technical feasibility,the main technological routes for the production of green methanol are proposed.
