摘 要:随着全球气候变化和能源危机加剧,汽车工业面临节能减排的巨大挑战。汽车轻量化成为解决能效、续航里程和环境影响等问题的重要途径。轻量化连接技术可有效助力汽车轻量化,已成为汽车设计和制造领域关键创新方向。全面分析了轻量化材料连接工艺,包括机械连接、焊接和胶接等技术,探讨其在汽车轻量化领域的应用现状、技术优势、存在问题及潜在改进方向。针对现有技术的局限性,如成本控制、材料适应性、连接质量控制等问题,提出了针对性优化策略,以期为汽车轻量化连接工艺相关研究提供参考。With the intensification of global climate change and energy crisis,the automotive industry is facing enormous challenges in energy conservation and emission reduction.Lightweight automobiles have become an important way to address issues such as energy efficiency,range,and environmental impact.Lightweight connection technology can effectively assist in the lightweighting of automo⁃biles and has become a key innovation direction in the field of automotive design and manufacturing.The connection process of light⁃weight materials,including mechanical connection,welding,and bonding technologies,were comprehensively analyzed.And their ap⁃plication status,technological advantages,existing problems,and potential improvement directions in the field of automotive light⁃weighting were explored.Targeted optimization strategies have been proposed to address the limitations of existing technologies,such as cost control,material adaptability,and connection quality control,in order to provide reference for related research on lightweight connection process of automobiles.
