摘 要:使用扫描电子显微镜、X射线衍射分析、力学性能测试、制耳测试等对不同均匀化/热轧工艺生产的3104铝合金板材进行了显微组织观察、物相分析及性能测试。研究分析显示,经600℃均匀化退火的铸锭,其基体内AlMnSi析出相较少;在随后的510℃降温保温过程中,基体内会析出较多亚微米尺度的AlMnSi相。在后续加工过程中,AlMnSi析出相的数量和形貌差异并未对热轧板的再结晶行为造成影响,也未显著影响成品板的力学性能、制耳率等指标。这说明高温开轧工艺在提高生产效率的同时,能够满足材料的组织性能要求,是更先进的生产工艺。The microstructure,phase analysis and properties of 3104 aluminium alloy sheets produced by different homogenizing/hot rolling processes were observed by scanning electron microscope,X-ray diffraction analysis,mechanical properties test,ear test and etc.The results show that in the homogenized ingot at 600℃,there is less AlMnSi precipitation in the matrix.During the subsequent cooling and insulation at 510℃,more sub-micron AlMnSi phases are precipitated in the matrix.The quantity and morphology of AlMnSi precipitated phase do not affect the recrystallization behavior of the hot rolled sheet during the subsequent processing.It also does not significantly affect the mechanical properties,earing ratio and other indicators of the finished sheet,indicating that the high temperature rolling process can improve the production efficiency,and meet the requirements of the material's organizational properties at the same time,which is a more advanced production process.
