摘 要:对6005A-T6铝合金宽幅薄壁加筋板型材的模具结构和挤压工艺进行调整,以改善型材的成形行为,在不施加辊矫精整工序的前提下保证了该类型材的尺寸精度,降低了该类产品的制备工艺难度。试验结果表明,对该类宽幅薄壁型材模具结构进行预变形设计,可对产品拉伸后的平面间隙等形位尺寸进行有效补偿,保证型材的高尺寸精度。通过采用“弱风冷+中等强度风冷”的组合型淬火冷却方式,将型材的关键淬火区间冷却速率由5.5℃/s降至2.7℃/s,可有效降低淬火后型材热应力变形,降低后续拉伸矫直工艺的实施难度。此外,型材T6状态下的屈服强度由266 MPa降低至245 MPa,抗拉强度由299 MPa降低至282 MPa,延伸率则由12%提升至14%。产品的几何尺寸、力学性能、表面质量等综合性能达到用户要求,该工艺方案可为相似结构型材的开发提供参考。By adjusting the die structure and extrusion process of 6005A-T6 aluminium alloy wide thin-wall ribbed panel profiles,the forming behavior of the profile was improved,and the dimensional accuracy of the profile was guaranteed without applying the roll finishing process,which reduced the difficulty of the preparation process of the product.The experimental results show that the pre deformation design of the wide thin-wall ribbed panel profile mold structure can effectively compensate the plane gap and other shape and position dimensions of the product after stretching,which ensures the high dimensional accuracy of the profile.By adopting the combined quenching cooling method of"weak air cooling+medium strength air cooling",the cooling rate of the key quenching in⁃terval of the profiles is reduced from 5.5℃/s to 2.7℃/s,which can effectively reduce the thermal stress deformation of the profiles af⁃ter quenching,and reduce the difficulty of implementing the subsequent tensile straightening process.In addition,the yield strength of the profile at T6 temper is reduced from 266 MPa to 245 MPa,the tensile strength is reduced from 299 MPa to 282 MPa,and the elongation is increased from 12%to 14%.The geometrical size,mechanical properties,surface quality and other comprehensive proper⁃ties of the product meet the requirements of users,and the process scheme can provide a reference for the development of similar struc⁃tural profiles.
