摘　　要：随着科技创新成为推动经济发展的关键因素,企业亟须构建与之匹配的科研文化。深入分析在科技创新驱动背景下企业科研文化建设的作用,通过对企业科研文化建设的现状进行分析,揭示了其在机制建立、科研管理、资源配置、氛围营造等方面存在的不足。在此基础上,从企业科研价值观和目标、科研保障和支持机制、科研文化氛围、科研文化的传承和创新4个方面提出了一套科研文化建设的路径框架,为企业实现可持续发展提供实践参考。As scientific and technological innovation has become a key factor to promote economic development,it is urgent for enter⁃prises to build a matching scientific research culture.This paper deeply analyzed the role of enterprise scientific research culture con⁃struction under scientific and technological innovation driving background,and revealed its shortcomings in mechanism establishment,scientific research management,resource allocation and atmosphere construction through the analysis of the current situation of enter⁃prise scientific research culture construction.On this basis,a set of path and framework for the construction of scientific research cul⁃ture was put forward from four aspects:values and objectives of scientific research,scientific research guarantee and support mecha⁃nism,scientific research culture atmosphere,and the inheritance and innovation of scientific research culture,so as to provide practical reference for enterprises to realize sustainable development.
