新疆某渠首水土保持项目分析及建议

摘  要:风蚀、水蚀、地表破坏、草场退化是新疆西北部中小流域水土流失、水生态环境恶化的主要原因。文章以2018—2021年新疆某渠首水土保持项目为例,通过对项目区自然状况、治理前水土流失及防治状况、项目概况、项目效益进行分析,提出加强水土保持工作的建议,构建党委领导、政府负责、部门协同、全社会共同参与的水土保持工作格局,不断提升水土保持功能和效益,为人与自然和谐共生、持续绿色发展奠定坚实基础。Wind erosion,water erosion,surface damage,and grassland degradation are the main causes of soil erosion and deterioration of water ecological environment in small and medium-sized watersheds in northwest Xinjiang.This paper takes a water and soil conservation project at a canal head in Xinjiang from 2018 to 2021 as an example.Through analyzing the natural conditions of the project area,the status of soil erosion and prevention before treatment,the project overview,and project benefits,suggestions for strengthening water and soil conservation work are proposed.By establishing a pattern of soil and water conservation work led by the Party committee,responsible by the government,coordinated by departments,and jointly participated by the whole society,the functions and benefits of soil and water conservation can be continuously improved,laying a solid foundation for harmonious coexistence between humans and nature and sustainable green development.
