摘　　要：五一水库是迪那河流域控制性水利枢纽工程,承担供水、灌溉、防洪兼顾发电等综合利用任务,工程主体已完工,具备蓄水条件。以拟定的三组不同水位作为年度蓄水目标,在确保大坝防洪、蓄水度汛安全的前提下,尽可能合理加快蓄水的进程,尽早发挥工程效益,尽可能减小对下游灌区的影响,并以此为原则,根据径流资料和下游用水制定蓄水方案,研究不同来水频率下,蓄水至各特征水位的时间,对工程年度蓄水具有指导意义。Wuyi Reservoir is a controlled water conservancy hub project in the Dina River Basin,responsible for comprehensive utilization tasks such as water supply,irrigation,flood control,and power generation.The main body of the project has been completed and meets the conditions for water storage.Taking the three different water levels proposed as the annual water storage target,while ensuring the safety of dam flood control and water storage,we aim to accelerate the water storage process as much as possible,maximize the engineering benefits as early as possible,and minimize the impact on downstream irrigation areas.Based on this principle,we will develop a water storage plan according to runoff data and downstream water use,and study the time for water storage to reach various characteristic water levels under different inflow frequencies,which has guiding significance for the annual water storage of the project.
