摘  要:介绍了目前国内单跨跨度最大的变截面连续钢箱梁桥面上铺设的输水管道直径最大的托管桥钢箱梁吊装施工技术。单节箱体最重达135t,运输、储存、吊装较常规钢桥难度增大,工厂桥段制造、工厂板单元现场拼接和上下分层加工等措施,保障了施工进度和工程质量。针对梁体重量大、项目区强风天气影响桥梁吊装困难,研究了钢箱梁的安装方法和施工工艺,保障了梁体施工期安全,桥梁按合同工期安装完成发挥了工程效益。This paper introduces the hoisting construction technology for the steel box girder of the custody bridge with the largest diameter of water pipeline laid on the deck of the largest single span continuous steel box girder bridge in China.The maximum weight of a single box body is 135t,making transportation,storage,and lifting more difficult than conventional steel bridges.Measures such as factory bridge section manufacturing,on-site splicing of factory plate units,and upper and lower layer processing ensure construction progress and engineering quality.In response to the heavy weight of the beam and the difficulty in lifting the bridge due to strong wind weather in the project area,this paper studies the installation method and construction technology of steel box beams,ensuring the safety of the beam construction period.The bridge was installed according to the contract period and played a role in engineering benefits.
