摘  要:水电厂调速器液压系统所用油品是汽轮机油,油在系统中主要起到润滑、冷却、控制及调速作用,若颗粒度指标不合格,其油中的固体颗粒在调速系统可能会导致电磁阀卡涩、调节系统动作迟缓,影响机组出力等,所以颗粒度的指标控制对电厂用油设备显得尤为重要。通过实际案例分析,对调速器系统汽轮油颗粒度超标现象进行原因分析,通过采用“在线滤油”措施,进而降低汽轮机油颗粒度,保证了设备正常运行。The oil used in the hydraulic system of hydropower plant governor is turbine oil.Oil mainly plays a role in lubrication,cooling,control,and speed regulation in the system.If the particle size index is not qualified,the solid particles in the oil in the speed control system may cause the electromagnetic valve to jam,the regulating system to act slowly,and affect the output of the unit.Therefore,the control of particle size index is particularly important for the oil equipment in power plants.This paper analyzes the reasons for the excessive particle size of turbine oil in the governor system through practical cases.By adopting"online oil filtration"measures to reduce the particle size of turbine oil,the normal operation of the equipment is ensured.
