摘  要:电力是驱动国家现代化的重要“燃料”,然而缅甸电力的短缺,全国通电率约为50%。当缅甸电网发生电网瓦解时,恢复供电周期长。缅甸大网运行转孤网输送电能既缓解缅甸电力需缺,又能弥补企业长期停机的亏损,同时避免了小库容水位控制不当发生枯期弃水的风险。大网转孤网的运行稳定成了孤网运行首个难题,实现大网转孤网快速切换的目标,同时要解决暂态问题、功率平衡,做好事故应急都是保证机组运行稳定的重要保证。Electricity is an important"fuel"driving national modernization.However,due to the shortage of electricity in Myanmar,the national electricity supply rate is about 50%.When the power grid in Myanmar collapses,the recovery period for power supply is long.The operation of Myanmar's large power grid to transfer electricity to an isolated network not only alleviates Myanmar's electricity demand,but also compensates for the losses caused by long-term shutdown of enterprises,while avoiding the risk of water abandonment during dry season due to improper water level control of small storage capacity.The stable operation of the large grid to the isolated grid has become the first challenge in the operation of the isolated grid.To achieve the goal of rapid switching from the large grid to the isolated grid,it is important to solve transient problems,power balance,and emergency response to ensure the stable operation of the unit.
